BP 110/82 — must be related to lowering sodium intake or stress going down a bit? Or getting better sleep?
Weight down 0.4lbs. Either I’m going way too fast or I’m still losing water weight?

Things appear to be improving. Not sure why. Didn’t accomplish as much as I’d hoped today.
