I tried their online service because I was disappointed with another one. Had successfully sent money to family in Colombia many times with the previous service but they were glitchy and there were delays. They refused to let me use their service and disabled my account permanently. THEN…
They started sending me spam emails. Lots of them. And emails encouraging me to log in and check my statement. I am glad I used Hide My Email because I have blocked them.
I have never successfully done anything with their service. Their broken fraud protection algorithms dinged me immediately.
So.. I suggest you save yourself the headache and avoid their service altogether.
